We are having a clothing giveaway tomorrow, Saturday, March 23, from 1-3pm!

It was devastating news when my parents and I received calls that our ARVCC food & clothing outreach center, along with its office, were fully engulfed in flames in December 2017. I’m referring to our nonprofit organization that provides free food, clothing, household items, etc to hundreds of families every month, with no government funding. Our family, & those we help, suffered a total loss that night... but GOD IS SO GOOD!!!!! We never missed a beat with serving the community! We prayed, we improvised, & we sought help. So many people came to our rescue, & we are so very grateful! We served out of two carport-type areas for almost a year. We’re proud & blessed to say that now there’s a beautiful new 32’x80’ building standing in the exact place our old one stood!!! Thank you to the many people who made it possible! Thank you for the clothing & other item donations that have poured in to start our new center! We are still in need of monetary funds to finish the plumbing & electrical, buy fixtures, pay our building loan and help with monthly utility bills. Our clothing outreach center will be open this coming Saturday, February 23, from 1-3pm, weather-permitting. We are located at 1791 Crow Mountain Rd. in Russellville. All clothing, toys, household items, and whatever we have in stock will be available for free. There’s no need to bring any documentation or proof of income for us. See you soon!

Wow, FORTY-SEVEN families came today & found clothing, toiletries, shoes, household items, toys & more, to take home with them, free. What a blessing!! 475+ pieces of clothing went to new homes! 😊 We enjoyed seeing everyone, & we’re glad we could help. Our next scheduled day for the clothing giveaway is Saturday, February 23, from 1-3pm, weather-permitting. Please be sure to spread the word about our non-profit organization, & if you know people who might donate funds to keep us operating, please share our information! Every little bit helps! This is a nonprofit organization that provides free food (certain dates & times), clothing, household items, toys and more to the community, without asking income questions. Each family is allowed 20 articles of clothing, along with other things we have to offer. These items have been donated, so the selection varies every time. No documents are necessary to receive help here. Our organization is in need of financial contributions to keep moving forward, so please contact me if you're able to help, or mail a donation to the address above. Several families have contacted me (Patty Hughes Taylor) recently, looking for furniture, home décor, and household items, so please private message me if you have those items to donate. Also, please be in PRAYER that we can quickly raise funds to pay off our building debt and pay for electrical, plumbing, and fixtures. Each family is allowed to have 20 articles of clothing, along with other things we have to offer. These items have been donated to us, so we never know what particular items will be available that day. We have some household items, but we currently do not have appliances or furniture. We are located where the old Crow Mtn feed mill was, at 1791 Crow Mtn Rd, in Russellville. This is a non-profit organization with no government funding.
